BEST PLAN FOR OCCASIONAL TRAINING OF MANY STUDENTS
Open an account and buy as many course credit hours as you wish at a flat rate of $2 per credit hour. Any number of students can take any combination of courses up to the total number of credit hours purchased. Buy additional credit hours in any amount at any time.
The credit hours for each course are based on the length of lectures covering the same material. The actual time required to complete each course will vary by individual. The charges are based on the credit hours of the courses completed, not actual clock time.
A $150 account origination fee is required. A 50 hour ($100) minimum balance must be maintained unless closing the account. Inactive accounts will remain open for one year after the date of the last activity. There is no refund for unused training hours.

The number of credit hours delivered is unlimited. The maximum number of users allowed in the active log-on list, therefore able to access the training material, will incur the monthly charge. These are only ACTIVE students; i.e., direct care workers periodically signing on to take Working With Youth series courses. Think of Seats as desks in a classroom. If a student graduates or drops out of school, the desk becomes available for another student. So, if a direct care worker leaves the agency, transfers to another job, or completes the series, they are marked inactive and no longer count against the current student count even though their training records are maintained in the database.
A $150 account origination fee is required. There is a ten seat minimum, and the seats must be paid in advance of use; i.e., the minimum account balance at any time must equal $12 times the current number of seats unless closing the account. The number of purchased seats may be increased or decreased for a minimum duration of one calendar month with 30 days advance notice.
