Control access to the training by registering Students Control access to adminsitrative functions by assigning Privileges Have access to the Training Reports of all students registered to their Account	Control Purse Strings            Control Content Access all Training Reports	Design the training Curriculum by specifying the course list, course sequence, and Test parameters by Student Category Have access to the Training Reports of all Students registered to their Organization

These constructs can be used in combination to create as much or as little compartmentalization of training access, curriculum design, and report distribution as you desire. New Accounts, the first Enterprise Administrator, and the first Organization, are established by apt at the time of the first training order. Additional Enterprise Administrators, Account Administrators, Organizations, and Organization Administrators can be added by the Enterprise Administrator as desired. Students are then associated with an Account and an Organization when they are registered by the Enterprise Administrator or an Account Administrator.
